The picture is of a basket of different coloured yarn (think its the same yarn you posted later titled dyed with kool-aid). It has a strange wooden thing, it almost looks like a spinning top with a hook on the end. Sorry if this seems a silly question, but I;m new to the craft world! What is this wooden implement and what is it used for?
